The US just released 10 principles that it hopes will make AI safer by Karen Hao via @techreview
The principles, released by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), have three main goals: to ensure public engagement, limit regulatory overreach, and, most important, promote trustworthy AI that is fair, transparent, and safe. All future AI regulations will need to adhere to these principles.
