The principles, released by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), have three main goals: to ensure public engagement, limit regulatory overreach, and, most important, promote trustworthy AI that is fair, transparent, and safe. All future AI regulations will need to adhere to these principles.
Something to bear in mind when you designing anything on the AI side of things.
