IoT, automation projects drive rise in IT spending by Elliot M Kass via @infomgmt
Worldwide IT spending will rise to $3.5 trillion in 2017, a 2.4 percent increase from 2016, according to industry researcher Gartner
IoT is definitely a growth area at the moment - both in actual projects and articles being published about it.
