It has been estimated that more than 30 billion connected devices will exist by 2020. If a business isn’t capturing and analysing all the ‘born on the cloud’ data in this emerging Internet of Things, then they are not getting a 360-degree view of their customers — in fact, they are not even getting a 180-degree of their customers.
