Difference Between RPA and RDA by/via @7wData

In today’s technology-driven digital era, businesses are constantly looking toward fast, efficient delivery by limiting human actions on certain mundane tasks. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the fastest growing technology that’s considered as the first step towards Automation of Business processes.

I found this very clear and it helped to clarify in my mind what they were and what they involved. I think they are definitely the way forward and don't necessarily reduce staff as make sure that the ones that you have can achieve far more.

2018 will be the year of the chatbot by Patrick Nguyen via @infomgmt

In the coming year, AI will increasingly shape the customer experience.

I think this is an interesting development and although there are plenty of imperfect chatbots I'm hoping over time they will get better and better as their use if more established.
